2024 Food Tourism Integration Innovation Development Case Released in Hengyang, Hunan

On September 21, the "2024 Food Tourism Development Conference" was held in Hengyang, Hunan, jointly sponsored by the China Tourism Research Institute, the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the CPC Hengyang Municipal Committee, and the Hengyang Municipal People's Government, hosted by the Hunan Provincial Tourism Association, the Hengyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, and Sports, and the Hengyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and supported by the World Federation of Chinese Restaurants. The conference released the list of "2024 Food Tourism Integration Development Cases" and "2024 Food Tourism Innovation Development Cases". 1. 2024 Food Tourism Integration Development Cases [Honors] Chinese cuisine, coming from the vast history of 5,000 years, absorbs the essence of humanities, breeds ups and downs, brightens the Chinese table, and strengthens the Chinese body. When the wheel of food runs on the track of mass tourism, everything becomes clear, and a series of footprints in search of food paint a picture of a better life. A bowl of flavor evokes a local accent, a dish evokes the memory of a city, a thought supports a century-old heritage of a signboard, and a story can catalyze the dazzling light of flavor... From the government to enterprises, from colleges to kitchens, chefs, store managers, and managers, countless hands push food and tourism on the road of integration, going further and further.
